Welcome to FieldOps Africa. By accessing or using our
mobile application, web dashboard, and distributor
management tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions.
1. Platform Services & Account Access
FieldOps provides route-to-market orchestration,
geo-verified field campaign management, point-of-sale
audits, and secondary sales intelligence for enterprise
brands, distributors, and field forces.
2. Field Agent Verification & GPS Data
FieldOps utilizes device location services and
time-stamped telemetry to verify agent presence at
retail touchpoints. Data collected through agent surveys
remains strictly confidential to the subscribing
enterprise organization.
3. Data Ownership & Secondary Sales Security
Subscribing brands retain full ownership of customer,
distributor, inventory, and order data ingested into
FieldOps. FieldOps maintains bank-grade encryption in
transit and at rest.
4. Service Level Agreements & Support
Enterprise tiers receive 99.9% uptime guarantee with
dedicated customer success manager representation and
continuous offline sync capabilities in low-bandwidth
regions across Africa.
